Ormond-By-The-Sea, Florida is a charming town that is nestled between the Volusia/Flagler county lines, the city of Ormond Beach, the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River (Intracoastal Waterway) approximately 10 miles north of Daytona Beach. Ormond-By-The-Sea has been called many names including North Peninsula, OBC and OBTS.

Untarnished by the tourist industry, this beautiful seaside gem consists of mostly residential housing, local shops and restaurants. The majority of the 9,500+/- residents live here year round. The “big city” hustle and bustle is absent at Ormond-by-the-Sea.

For anyone desiring some “action”, Daytona Beach is just a few minutes away along with Orlando being 1 hour away, as is Jacksonville just a 1.5 hour drive. Some of the towns around Ormond-by-the-Sea are Ormond Beach, Holly Hill and Flagler Beach to the north.
