I am a continual student in my field of choice, the real estate industry. But first and foremost I am a mother of 5 educated daughters.  I am also builder’s wife and have been around the construction business for years. In our younger days, we would drive around and look at building sites and properties for fun and relaxation. Who would of thought?

Beach Bum Realty is a family owned business.  We have our own team of Realtors that are all dedicated with the same goals as ourselves, Customer Satisfaction.

I sell between 3-5 homes a month mostly through contact with people such as you via the internet. Our business is Internet based and 75% of our business comes from the Internet, the rest coming from referrals from our past customers. 

My area of expertise is in Volusia, Flagler and St Johns Counties which include; Daytona, Ormond Beach, Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, St Augustine and Ponte Vedra.  Having lived in most of these areas over the last several years has taught me what properties are offered for sale in each market and what is completely unique to each and every one of these beautiful areas. Continually keeping up with the market and all the new rules and regulations of the industry is important to me. 

I currently have several designations including:  Certified Real Estate Specialist, (only 5% of the realtors in the industry have this designation), Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, e-pro certified, Accredited Buyer’s Representative.   I am also the 2011 Vice President of the Flagler County Board of Realtors and President of the MLS Corporation of the Flagler County Board of Realtors
